Vice President: Tyler will be meeting with Dr. Pool next week to begin the implementation phase of the revised Student Conduct Board. Tyler and Emily are working on website for Student Senate. There will be a rough draft presented on Saturday.
Academic Affairs: Over break, Provost Dr. Chang resigned. Todd Marshal is the interim provost.
Finance: Sabrina talked to Mr, Ewing about potentially upgrading the Wi-Fi and potential options. Currently they are trying to create more Wi-Fi crossover, so students and faculty do not have to continually re-sign in. Please be patient with the salting team.
Student Affairs: No report.

A.B.C.: There will be a committee meeting very soon.

President: Wear your t-shirts tomorrow. The Board meeting is on 1/23 and 2/1. Logan Kaser is our new candidate for College of Education representative. There is a mandatory retreat this Saturday @ 10:30 AM- 3 PM in Rybolt 230-231 in the Rec. We will be going to Convo for lunch as a group @ 12:30. For those not on a meal plan, let Naomi know (send email). RAs will have to leave early.

New Business: Discuss appointment of Logan Kaser, who Destiney, the former College of Education representative suggested. APPOINTED.
General Concerns: Julia Hines, president of Eagles for Pride, will be meeting with Dr. Pool to discuss future of organization. Lot I still sucks. Gets worse in winter. Some IDs were not working on campus on the first day back. This issue should be fixed now. Nursing campus swipes are not working. Swipes do not work in the front and back and side door does not let students in. Students are propping doors open.
Announcements: Pushing to get the library open until 12 AM, Sunday-Thurs. 24-hour visitation is now available for first year dorms. Zumba tomorrow at Rec 6:15. ASL meeting tomorrow at 9 pm in the Rec. Pre-law Club- meeting tomorrow at 3:30 PM Dauch 105. Oteam needs members, at least 20. Sibs and kids?- permanently gone, is now the family weekend. Jordan will email Kim to ask the status of the event. Sarah Toby left Residence Life department and now works at the College of Wooster. For business majors: Dr. Wong left the University and advisees need to get a new advisor. There is a Dance Club info meeting at 9 PM Monday in Eagles Landing. A rumor is going around that AU professors are on strike. Need confirmation.
