Finance: Told Mr. Ewing about the leaking roof on the 5th floor of Clark. He did not know about the work orders but did not receive work orders. He is checking on it soon. Safety does salt, even though they have claimed they do not when students have called.

President: A new resolution will be introduced in new business. We are going over leadership and service awards this evening. Naomi and Tyler will be meeting with Dr. Bonfiglio about social issues policy They will also be meeting with Dr. Pool. First step: Tyler and Naomi will be sending request to Board to see if they will separate preamble from actual language talking about admin policy. They will be proposing new language. Please submit new language ideas to Naomi and Tyler; we will vote on it before it is submitted to Dr. Pool.

New Business: Resolution 02191901: Alcohol policy makes all alcohols legal in the state of Ohio allowed in the senior apartments. Brian added as co-sponsor. Nick added as co-sponsor. Jacob was an RA doing rounds over by senior apartments. Last year he encountered irresponsible drinking, largely because the policy was unclear to students. RAs have to pour out any alcohols other than beer and wine, even drinks with low alcohol content. Residents can party with beer and wine, but they will not be poured out. There is not a written policy concerning a limit of bottles per student. Have follow-up in coming weeks. Addendum for research (deaths/injuries between beer and wine and liquor). TABLED for next week.
